Term 2

We hope Year 6 had a restful break and eager to get back to being curious about learning new things.

Yet again, during the term, children will enjoy a wide range of exciting learning experiences across the curriculum. It gets off to an exciting start with our history workshop based on the Ancient Islamic civilization of Bagdad before they are introduced to the world of Shakespeare through Macbeth by Lois Burdett. In maths, they will be tackling fractions and converting units in maths.

We continue to look forward to seeing their knowledge, skills and confidence grow throughout the year. Year 6 is a very special year, filled with opportunities, challenges and memories that will stay with them long after they leave primary school. We are incredibly proud of the way they have started the year and can't wait to see what they achieve!
